Michael P. McGuire
Senior Director, Investor Relations

In his role as Senior Director, Investor Relations, Mike McGuire leads CVS Caremark's change to CVS Caremark Retail Investor Targeting program and is also responsible for the company's Investor Relations website. For the past five years, Mr. McGuire has supported the Vice President, Investor Relations with all aspects of the company's active Investor Relations program. This includes primarily the communication of CVS Caremark's change to CVS Caremark's messages to institutional investors, shareholders and analysts. In his decade-long career at the company, he has held various management positions within the Finance organization, including terms in Strategic Planning and Capital Management. Mr. McGuire holds an MBA from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame.
